くせ毛が気になり縮毛矯正をする方は多いですよね。ただ、縮毛矯正後のセットに悩むことはありませんか？

まず最初に男性にオススメの縮毛矯正後のセットの仕方を順番で紹介していきます。
ドライヤーで乾かし土台をつくる
しっかり乾かすことに加え、乾かし方も重要になってきます。大きく分けるとポイントは2つです。
①乾かす順番は根元→毛先
まずはしっかりと根元を乾かします。先に毛先を乾かしてしまうと乾燥で毛先がパサつくことを防ぐことができます。
②髪を持ち上げて根元を起こす
トップなどボリュームを出したいところは、髪の毛を持ち上げ根元に温風→冷風の順にあてることでふんわりと仕上げることができます。
根元からしっかりと縮毛矯正をした方は、特に髪の毛がぺたんとなりやすくこの工程を丁寧に行うことで後のセットがしやすくなります。
ストレートアイロンで動きをつくる
より自然にしたいのであればストレートアイロンを使うこともオススメです。
①髪の毛は完全に乾いた状態で、使用前にはオイルやトリートメントをつける
髪の毛を熱からのダメージから守るために、濡れた状態ではアイロンは使用しないようにし、髪の毛を保護するために使用前にはアイロン用のオイルやトリートメントを使用しましょう。
②細かく毛束を取りながら、内巻きにしていく
内巻きは初心者にもオススメの巻き方です。一気に多くの髪の毛を巻くよりも少しずつ巻いていく方が動きが出やすく、全体のバランス調整もしやすくなります。
また、ストレートアイロンだからと真っ直ぐにしてしまうと不自然な仕上がりになります。
ワックスで仕上げる
最後はワックスで仕上げていきます。縮毛矯正後の髪の毛は非常に繊細で傷みやすくなっています。ですので、ワックスはヘアケア効果や保湿効果があるものがオススメです。
また、重いハード系のワックスはせっかくボリュームアップさせた髪の毛の動きが出にくくなりますので、伸びが良い軽めのワックスを選ぶようにします。
女性の髪型別にセットの仕方を前髪も合わせて解説
続いて女性のセットの仕方を長さの違いによる髪型別に解説をしていきます。
ショート・ボブ
短い長さの髪型こそクセが出やすいため、縮毛矯正でしっかりとクセを押さえたいところ。とはいえ、自然な仕上がりにはしたいですよね。ショートやボブスタイルにオススメのセットの仕方は以下の通りです。
①ヘアアイロンの温度は120～150℃に設定
髪の長さも量も多くないスタイルのため、アイロンの熱で髪の毛が傷みやすいです。なるべく低い温度設定にしましょう。
②ヘアアイロンで内巻きに
初心者にオススメなのが、内巻きワンカール。
根元から髪の毛を挟み、毛先に向かってアイロンを滑らせます。最後に内向きに1～1.5回転させます。
③スタイリング剤をつけて仕上げ
スタイリング剤としてヘアオイルやヘアミルクをつけると、まとまりはありながらもサラッと手触りが良いスタイルができます。
ミディアム・セミロング・ロング
このくらいの長さになってくると、ヘアセットの仕方も増えてきます。ショートやボブ同様、内巻きのワンカールがオススメですが、ミディアムヘアの長さであれば、外巻きにする外ハネもオススメです。内巻きよりも動きが感じられて活発な印象になります。
それほどカールをつけたくない場合には、ヘアアイロンやコテで根元から髪の毛を挟み、あごを目指して滑らせていくと、左右対称に自然な仕上がりになります。
また、コテでパーマのように巻いていくことはできるものの縮毛矯正をしている場合、通常よりもカールが取れやすくなるため注意が必要です。
前髪のスタイリング
前髪に縮毛矯正をかけた場合でもふんわりとした前髪をつくることは可能です！
使用するのはヘアアイロン、カーラー、コテです。全て使う必要はありませんが、以下の手順でセットするとふんわり自然な仕上がりになりオススメです。
①カーラーで根元から前髪を全部ふんわりと浮かせるようにクセ付けを行う
②毛先をヘアアイロンやコテで軽く内巻きにする
③スタイルキープ用のヘアスプレーで固定
縮毛矯正だけの状態で前髪を流すことは難しいですが、ふんわりとした前髪をつくることで流しやすくなります。
