縮毛矯正をかけるとき、同時にカラーやブリーチをやりたいと思う人は多いかと思います。
しかし、すぐに次の施術を行ってしまうのは髪への負担が心配になりますよね？

縮毛矯正は髪への負担が大きいため、同じ日に他の施術をするのはおすすめできません。
あわせてヘアカラーをしたい時は、最低2週間は間隔を空けるのがおすすめです。
この時、先に施術をするのは縮毛矯正にしましょう。
ヘアカラ－を先にしてしまうと、縮毛矯正をした時に色落ちしてしまいます。
ブリーチはヘアカラーよりも髪へのダメージが大きいため、基本的に縮毛矯正と一緒にするのはあまりおすすめできません。
ブリーチの場合だと間隔を空けてもあまり髪への負担が変わりませんが、どうしてもやりたい場合は10日くらい間隔を空けた方がよいでしょう。
ただし、縮毛矯正とブリーチをあわせてやる場合は事前にきちんと美容師さんに相談して髪の状態を把握しておきましょう。
白髪染めやヘアマニキュアも縮毛矯正後に間隔を空けるべき？
白髪染めの場合も縮毛矯正後、2週間は間隔を空けましょう。
ヘアマニキュアは通常のカラーとは違い、髪をコーティングして染めます。
そのため、縮毛矯正をかけた髪にヘアマニキュアをしてしまうと薬剤が髪の外に排出されずに閉じ込められた状態になります。
髪の中に薬剤が閉じ込められると髪が傷むことがあるので注意が必要です。
縮毛矯正後にヘアマニキュアをする場合も、薬剤が落ち着くように1週間から2週間ほど間隔をあけるのが理想です。

酸熱トリートメントは特殊なトリートメントと熱を利用して髪をツヤサラにする施術です。
通常の縮毛矯正とは違い、薬剤はアルカリ性ではなく酸性です。
カラー剤も同じアルカリ性のため、酸熱トリートメントとはあまり相性は良くありません。
酸熱トリートメント直後にカラーを入れると、酸熱トリートメントの効果が薄くなる可能性があるため2週間くらい間隔を空けるのがおすすめです。
ブリーチと一緒に行う場合はブリーチを先にして、一週間後に酸熱トリートメントをするのがベターです。
デジタルパーマやストレートパーマも間隔を空けるのがおすすめ！
デジタルパーマやストレートパーマも縮毛矯正と同じように、カラーと一緒にする場合は1週間から2週間ほど間隔を空けるのがおすすめです。
ブリーチは髪に負担のかかる施術のため、通常のパーマとの併用もあまりおすすめできません。
パーマ後にブリーチをする場合は美容師さんと髪の状態を見ながら相談し、慎重に施術をするのか決めましょう。

縮毛矯正のリタッチについて詳しく解説します。
縮毛矯正のリタッチまでの期間は？ロングはショートよりも期間が長い？
縮毛矯正は半永久的にストレートヘアにする施術ですが、効果があるのは施術をした部分の髪だけです。
そのため、新しく生えてきた髪の毛の部分はくせ毛のままです。
新しく生えてきた部分には新たに縮毛矯正を施す必要がありますが、全体に薬剤を使ってしまうと髪が傷んでしまいます。
出来るだけダメージを最小限に抑えるために、縮毛矯正は全体にかけ直すのではなくリタッチするのがおすすめです。
ベストなタイミングはうねりが気になった頃なのですが、2か月だと新たに伸びてきた髪が基本的に3㎝弱と短いため施術が難しくなります。
理由としては、伸びてきた部分が短いと、リタッチする際に前回縮毛矯正をした部分に薬剤がついて髪が傷む可能性があるためです。
リタッチする際は3ヶ月くらい待ってからの方が安心です。
男性に多いショートのリタッチまでの期間が短い？
ショートもロングも髪が伸びてくる速度は変わりません。
ただし、ロングの場合だとショートよりも新しく生えてきた部分のくせが目立ちにくく、半年から1年程度リタッチしない人もいます。
アイロンで掴みにくいためショートヘアの方がリタッチが難しくなります。
きちんと技術の高い美容師さんのお店で施術を受けることも大切です。
髪が伸びて長さが気になる場合は、ヘアカットとリタッチを一緒に行いましょう。
縮毛矯正のリタッチをやっている店舗は少ない？
縮毛矯正は定期的に行わないと、徐々にくせ毛が目立ってきますが毎回全体にかけていると髪への負担が大きくなります。
しかし、お店によってはリタッチをやっていないこともあるので最初に縮毛矯正するときにリタッチもできるのか確かめてから予約をするのもおすすめです。
縮毛矯正で失敗したらお直しも期間を空けた方が良いの？
縮毛矯正で失敗した際、施術をし直したいと思う人もいます。
しかし、続けて施術を行うと髪に大きな負担がかかってしまうのでおすすめできません。
また、失敗には色々と種類がありますが、ビビリ毛や枝毛など髪へのダメージでの失敗は施術のやり直しでは改善は難しいです。
ビビリ毛になってしまったら元に戻すのが難しく、リスクをかけずに元に戻すには切ってしまった方が早いです。
上手くかからなかった場合もやり直すなら、髪が落ち着くまで数日置いてからやり直した方が安心です。
縮毛矯正後に髪を染めたりパーマをする場合は十分に間隔を空けましょう！
