シャンプーに危険成分は含まれている？
いつも使っている身近なシャンプー。
しかし、時々「シャンプーのこの成分は害だ！」など、
シャンプーへの危険を煽る言葉を聞いたことはありませんか？
いつも使っているシャンプーのせいで知らずのうちにトラブルを起こしてしまうのは嫌ですよね。
今回は、そんなシャンプーの危険成分とは何か、
どういう風に危険なのかを徹底解説していきます！
シャンプーに含まれる危険成分一覧
一般的に危険と言われているシャンプーの成分について、
一つ一つ説明していきましょう。
硫酸系洗浄剤
シャンプーの危険な成分と一番言われているのがこの硫酸系洗浄剤。
高級アルコール系・石油系合成界面活性剤などいろいろな呼ばれ方をしています。
シャンプーの洗浄効果を担うのが界面活性剤と呼ばれる物で、
大きく分けて４つの種類があります。
高級アルコール系・アミノ酸系・ベタイン系・石鹸系・・・
その中でも一番刺激が強いと言われているのが、この高級アルコール系。
実は、市販のほとんどのシャンプーに使われています。
この洗浄剤のメリットはなんといっても価格の安さ。
製品を安く生産し、流通させるためには原料の価格も大事ですよね。
そのため、硫酸系洗浄剤はほとんどのシャンプーで使われているという状況なんです。
しかし、界面活性剤の中で一番刺激が強いのが硫酸系洗浄剤。
洗浄力が強いので、汗をかいた日やスタイリング剤をたくさん使った日の洗浄には向いていますが、
普段使いには洗浄力が強すぎるため、健康的な頭皮に必要な皮脂までも取ってしまうのです！
その結果、頭皮は乾燥し肌トラブルを起こすように・・・。
特に敏感肌、乾燥肌の方にはオススメできない洗浄剤です。
また、生分解性も悪く環境にも悪影響なんだとか。
硫酸系洗浄剤は成分表示上で
「ラウリル」「ラウレス」「硫酸」と表記がある物です。
逆に、アミノ酸系・ベタイン系などは刺激が弱くオススメです。

オレフィン（C14-16）スルホン酸ナトリウム
ちなみに、オレフィン（C14-16）スルホン酸ナトリウムも注意したい成分。
これは、硫酸系洗浄剤の危険性が指摘されてから代わりに使われることの多くなった成分で、
植物油を加工して作られる洗浄補助成分です。
硫酸系洗浄剤よりは優しいですが、洗浄力も肌への刺激も強めな成分・・・。
そのため、オレフィン（C14-16）スルホン酸ナトリウムが主成分のシャンプーを使用すると、
硫酸系洗浄剤同様、乾燥してしまったり髪へのダメージを受けてしまったりするので注意が必要。
オレフィン（C14-16）スルホン酸ナトリウムがメインのシャンプーは、その成分表示が水の次にくる物。
逆に頭皮に優しい洗浄剤をメインに置いていて、洗浄力を上げる補助剤としても使われる場合があります。
その時は後ろの方にオレフィン（C14-16）スルホン酸ナトリウムの表記がなされており、
そのようなシャンプーであればあまり気にする必要はありません。
パラベン
パラベンはシャンプーに防腐剤として使われています。
このパラベンは化粧品、食品、医薬品などで、微生物による汚染を防ぐために
昔から使われている優秀な成分なんです。
防腐剤がないと、シャンプーが使える期間は短くなり
知らずのうちに雑菌が繁殖したシャンプーを使えば肌トラブルを起こしてしまいます。
パラベンはそれを防ぐため、長くシャンプーを使えるようにするために配合されています。
しかし、パラベンはアレルギーを起こしてしまう人がいるから注意が必要なんです。
パラベンは
「皮膚への塗布や摂取によって皮膚炎や湿疹などのアレルギー反応を起こす可能性」が
副作用として挙げられており、アレルギーを起こす人は1000人中3人くらい。
つまり、0.3%の確率でパラベンによるアレルギーを起こしてしまうのです。
またパラベンは頭皮への刺激になりやすいため、フケ・かゆみに悩んでいる方は
パラベンを含むシャンプーは使わない方が安心です。
ただパラベンフリーと書かれているシャンプーに防腐剤が入っていないとは限らないので、
防腐剤無添加がいいならフェノキシエタノールなど別の物が入っていないか確認する必要があります。
また、無添加の場合は長期間持たないので注意してください。
合成香料
ほとんどのシャンプーには香料が配合されています。
これは、シャンプーの原材料の独特の匂いや
髪の皮脂・汗による匂いを打ち消すためです。
シャンプーに含まれる香料には、化学合成によって生成された「合成香料」、
そして天然由来成分を原材料とした「天然香料」があります。
この前者である合成香料は、肌のアレルギー反応（かぶれ・痒み・炎症など）が
出やすいという大きなデメリットがあります。
また、合成香料はめまい・耳鳴り・腎臓機能障害を起こす危険性もあります。
このため、合成香料を配合したシャンプーではなく
天然由来の精油などから作られる香料を配合したシャンプーを積極的に使いましょう。
合成着色料
また、シャンプーには合成着色料が含まれている場合もあります。
これはシャンプーのイメージに合わせた色にするためです。
例えば、ブルーなら水や海などの潤いを。
オレンジなら柑橘系やビタミン系の成分が配合されているイメージなど、
シャンプーのイメージ作りに効果的な影響を与えてくれます。
香料と同様、着色料も「合成着色料」と「天然着色料」があります。
ただし着色料の場合、天然であれば安全というわけではありません。
天然着色料は合成着色料に比べて淡い色の物が多いので、はっきりとした色味を出すために
多くの着色料の使用を必要とします。そして、着色料などに大きく関わるのが使用量。
天然原料から色素を抽出する際に使った薬品などを沢山摂取してしまう危険性もあるため、
天然着色料だからといって安心できないのです。
逆に合成着色料は少量でも色がつくので、大量には使用しない場合がほとんどです。
しかし、着色料が使われていないシャンプーを選ぶことが一番ですよ。
特に気をつけるべき着色料としては、
「タール色素」という成分が挙げられます。
タール色素は石油を精製する時に生じる「ナフサ」を原料としており、
皮膚への浸透力が高いために皮膚障害・アレルギーを起こす危険があると言われています。
タール色素は、成分表示に「○色△号」と表記されている物です。
（例えば「青色2号」「赤色3号」など。）
このような表記があるシャンプーは避けた方が良いでしょう。
エタノール
エタノールは、一般的にアルコールのことを指します。
エタノールには殺菌作用があるので、一般的に安定剤として配合されます。
肌を引き締める収斂作用や、他にも頭皮や髪を乾燥させてしまったりもするため
肌が弱い方などは特に注意が必要な成分です。
ただ、大量に含まれていなければほとんど影響はないため、
成分表示で後ろの方に記載されている場合はあまり気にする必要がありません。
シリコンはシャンプーに含まれる危険成分？
これまで紹介してきた成分はどれも、少なからずは頭皮や髪に悪影響がある成分でした。
そして「シリコン」もよく害のある成分だと言われるものの一つです。
よく言われるのが、シリコンによるコーティング作用で頭皮の毛穴が塞がれてしまうというもの。
毛穴が塞がれると、髪が生え辛くなったり、ニキビや吹き出物が出来てしまうとされています。
しかし、複数の大手化粧品会社が、この説に反対しているんです！
Q.シリコン（シリコーン）は、毛穴に詰まったり、髪や頭皮にダメージを与える物質なんですか？
A.そのような事実はありません。
シャンプーに配合しているシリコーンは、非常に細かい粒子のため、毛髪に過剰に付着することはありません。また、コンディショナーの成分として毛髪に残ったシリコーンも、次の洗髪時には洗い流されるため、毛髪に蓄積したり、毛穴に詰まることもありません。よって、シリコーンが地肌や毛髪にダメージを与えるという事実はありません。出典：資生堂 【知って、なるほど化粧品】シリコンについて
ノンシリコン系高価格帯シャンプーを支持する層の一部で、「頭皮がつまる」とか、「パーマ、カラーがかかりにくい」といった話がありましたので、花王ではこれへの対処として、現在発売しているシャンプーに含まれるシリコンが本当に体に悪影響を及ぼすものなのか、全て実験を行い、確認しました。
「毛穴をふさぐ」という点については、シリコンの特性上無理だとわかりました。水で流すと水滴になってしまって膜にはならないので、ふさごうとしてもふさげませんでした。
次に、パーマやカラーもかけましたが、現在発売しているシャンプーに含まれている程度の量であれば、全く影響しないことも実証されています。
資生堂・花王共にシリコンが毛穴に詰まるという噂は
成分や特性上・そして実験の結果から事実ではないと主張しています。
また、花王はシリコンのカラーやパーマへの影響も無いと主張していますね。
そのため、シリコンが毛穴を塞いでしまうという悪影響は無いと考えて大丈夫でしょう。
しかし、シリコンは環境に悪影響を与えてしまうことがあります。
これは、シリコンが微生物に分解できない性質のため。
そのため、シリコンは人体には悪影響がなくても環境には害になってしまうんです。
またノンシリコンシャンプーは、シリコンが配合されていないことによって
髪のボリュームがアップするなどのメリットがあるので、あえてノンシリコンシャンプーを
選択することは悪くないと言えます。
