縮毛矯正後、髪を洗うタイミングが分からなくて困ったことはありませんか？
当日に髪を洗うと効果が薄れてしまうとよく言われますが、実際に洗うのはどのくらい時間を置いたらいいのでしょうか。

縮毛矯正の当日は髪を洗わない方が良い！その理由とは
縮毛矯正は2つの薬剤を使用して髪をまっすぐに矯正する施術ですが、施術直後は髪の中で薬剤反応が起こっている状態です。
そのため、髪がとても繊細な状態になっていてすぐに髪を洗ってしまうと余計なダメージを与えてしまいます。
元々縮毛矯正は髪に負担のかかる施術のため、髪を洗う負担をさらにかけてしまうのはおすすめできません。
次の日からは普通に髪を洗える？
縮毛矯正後、24時間経てば髪を洗っても大丈夫です。
昔は48時間くらい待った方が良いと言われることも多かったのですが、現在は技術や薬剤が進化しているのでそこまで時間を置く必要はありません。
ストパー直後も縮毛矯正と同じように髪を洗うまで時間を空けましょう

ストパーも当日の洗髪はNG？
ストパーをした当日にシャンプーをしても、施術の効果がなくなるわけではありません。
しかし、やはり髪へのダメージが不安なためできるなら髪を洗うのは避けた方が良いでしょう。
施術前に髪を洗っておくのもおすすめ！
当日のシャンプーを避けるために、なるべく施術前に髪を洗っておくのがおすすめです。
美容室でも事前に髪を洗ってくれることが多いのですが、頭皮の汚れを自宅で落としておくと気持ち的にもすっきりして過ごせます。
縮毛矯正直後はワックスが付いていても髪を洗うのはおすすめできません！
縮毛矯正後のワックスなどの整髪料が髪に着いている場合について説明します。
ワックスなどの整髪料が髪についていても当日の洗髪は避けるべき？
縮毛矯正後にワックスなどの整髪料を髪につけた場合でも、当日に髪を洗うのはあまりおすすめできません。
施術後のことも考えて、ワックスなどの整髪料を使用するのは出来る限り避けた方が良いでしょう。
どうしても髪が気になる場合はなるべく優しく洗うこと！
もし、ワックスなどの整髪料を使って髪がべたついてどうしても気になる場合はなるべく優しく髪を洗いましょう。
髪を洗っても施術の効果がとれるわけではありませんが、髪が繊細な状態になっているため髪の扱いには注意してください。
前髪が濡れたらすぐに乾かすこと！髪を洗うタイミング以外で縮毛矯正後に気をつけるポイントとは

洗顔などで前髪が濡れた場合はすぐに乾かす
縮毛矯正直後に髪が濡れると髪が傷むことがあります。
通常のシャンプー後でも髪はすぐに乾かした方が良いのですが、洗顔などで前髪が濡れたりした時もすぐに乾かすようにしましょう。
シャンプーはなるべく頭皮と髪に優しいものを使用する
既に髪にダメージが蓄積した状態のため髪に負担がかかると、切れ毛や枝毛になることもあります。
縮毛矯正後、翌日からシャンプーする場合も出来るだけシャンプーは頭皮や髪に優しいものを使用しましょう。
髪を乾かす際はクシで少し引っ張るようにする
髪をすぐに乾かすことも大切ですが、乾かす際にクシで少しまっすぐ引っ張りながら乾かすとストレートヘアを保ちやすいのでおすすめです。
縮毛矯正後、翌日から髪を洗う際はトリートメントも使用してきちんとヘアケアしましょう！
縮毛矯正をかけたら翌日まで髪を洗うのは避けた方が良いのですが、その後は普通にシャンプーしても大丈夫です。
ただし、施術によって髪は傷んだ状態になっています。
見た目は綺麗なストレートヘアでも髪はダメージを受けているため、トリートメントを有効活用してホームケアを丁寧にするようにしましょう。
