通常の内部補修トリートメントは、コルテックスという部分に
保湿成分を入れ、それが逃げないように外側をコーティングすることで
髪の毛を綺麗に見せるというものです。
内部補修トリートメントを行うと、手触りが良くなってツヤも生まれます。
しかし、外のコーティングが剥がれると、中の保湿成分も逃げてしまい
髪の毛も元の状態に戻ってしまうのです。
反対に酸熱トリートメントは、髪の内側まで入り込み、
歪みを整えて補強してくれる役割があります。
そのため、通常のトリートメントより中に止まることができ、
より長い期間髪を補強してくれるのです。

では、続ける際はどのくらいの頻度で行うべきなのでしょうか。
酸熱トリートメントが効果的なのは、
1ヶ月半〜2ヶ月の間で一度施術を受けるという頻度。
初めは短めのスパンで通い、徐々にやらなくなるという形が最適。
まずは、最初の5ヶ月で三度通いましょう。
その後徐々に回数を減らしていきます。
また、最終的に何度通えば「終わり」が来るのかということですが、
平均して3~5回だと言われています。
それぞれの髪の毛のダメージレベルによって変わってきますので、
美容師さんに相談してみるのがベストでしょう。
また、酸熱トリートメントを受けている途中で内部補修トリートメントと使い分け、
髪の内部を整え保湿することで効果が倍増します。
