2.洗い流さないトリートメントをつける。

4.ブラッシングを行う。
髪が絡まっていると綺麗に巻くことはできません。
5.温度設定は160度〜180度。
6.髪をブロッキングする。
4つにブロッキングします。まずは髪を左右に分け、それをまた上下に分けましょう。
分けられたら、クリップで留めます。
7.直径3センチほどの束を作り、数回に分けて巻いていく。
毛束が太くなるほど綺麗に巻くことができなくなります。
8.仕上げにスプレーやワックスで保護してください。
このような手順に沿って巻いていくことで、
綺麗なカールを実現させることができますよ。

そのため、頭皮の皮脂を必要以上に取りすぎて乾燥させたり
炎症を起こしてしまうこともあるんです。
また、髪自体にも優しいとはいえません。
髪や頭皮へ優しい弱酸性シャンプーは、アミノ酸系かベタイン系。
成分表示に気をつけて、刺激の弱いシャンプーを使いましょう。
洗浄力が特に弱いが、泡立ちにくい
ココイルグルタミン酸Na・ココイルグルタミン酸TEA・ラウロイルグルタミン酸Na
比較的泡立ちやすい
ラウロイルアラニンNa・ココイルメチルアラニンNa・ココイルアラニンTEA
ラウロイルサルコシンNa・ココイルサルコシンNa
ラウラミドプロピルベタイン・ココアンホ酢酸Na・コカミドプロピルベタイン
上記の表示が書いてあるシャンプーがおすすめ。
洗浄力が弱い二種類は、頭皮の脂を取りすぎず、必要分を残してくれます。
ただ、皮膚に残りやすい成分なので、洗い流すときはしっかりと行うこと。
頭皮に残ったままだとそれも炎症の原因になってしまいます。

ドライヤー前にクシで梳かす
綺麗でツヤのある髪を作るには、髪が濡れたままクシでとかしましょう。
やりすぎると髪を傷めてしまうので注意。
トリートメントを使う際は、クシでとかしながら付けると行き渡ります。
しっかりと髪を乾かしてから寝る
濡れた状態の髪の毛はキューティクルが開いた状態なので、
そのまま寝ると、枕などとの摩擦で髪がダメージを受けてしまいます。

髪の毛がビチョビチョに濡れた状態だと、乾くまで時間がかかりますので、

その後、アウトバストリートメントを髪の毛につけるようにしましょう。
トリートメントが髪を補修し、ドライヤーの熱からも守ってくれます。
隅々まで浸透させるため、クシで行き渡らせるのがオススメ。
また、ヘアオイルはドライヤーの熱から髪を守ってくれる働きがあります。
髪にトリートメントをつけたら、ドライヤーで満遍なく乾かしましょう。
最初は根元を強風で乾かします。
大体乾いたなと思ったら、毛先を弱風で乾かしましょう。
仕上げは冷風。キューティクルを引き締めてツヤを出します。
また、ドライヤーの熱によるダメージを緩和させてくれます。
①タオルドライ→②強風で根元→③弱風で毛先→④冷風で仕上げ
